Position Title: Terremoto Market Manager – Dallas/Houston
Position Location: Dallas/Houston

Position Summary:

The market manager or “Motovator” is a critical position whereby the individual will be the face of the brand in the assigned market. The main responsibility is to build brand engagement with trade and consumers both on and off premise. This will be accomplished by activating key accounts within the local on/off premise universe, driving consumer engagement, trade and distributor education, and being responsible for the results within their territory on the assigned KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Call on key on and off premise accounts in market based on specific target lists established
Ensure point of sale is placed in prime locations and bottles are placed according to KPI’s
Conduct wait staff trainings and be able to present the brand’s features and benefits
Train off premise accounts on brand and attributes
Plan and execute wait staff incentives (where legal)
Activate consumer promotions (where legal) in on premise accounts in accordance with KPI’s
Activate consumer tastings (where legal) in off premise accounts in accordance with KPI’s
Activate consumer and trade events (where legal) to generate brand awareness, engagement and trial
Have open and regular communication with local sales and distributor teams in order to achieve results in the market
Create excitement and engagement via social media in accordance with the brand’s direction and strategy
Share industry and competitive activity to keep brand at the forefront of developments
Monitor and provide detailed recaps on all on/off premise programs
Deliver on expected KPI goals on a monthly basis and deliver weekly recaps of activity
Be fiscally responsible and accountable for given budgets on a monthly basis

Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment
Self-disciplined and flexible self-starter, with confidence and drive to work independently and meet all project deadlines, including frequently working outside normal business hours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including the experience and ability to present in front of both large and small groups
Engaged in social media
