Job Description/Responsibilities:

Our Regional Trade Marketing Managers are a local marketing resource for sales and serves to link sales needs with brand initiative to ensure more impactful planning, communication, execution, and measurement of Brand Country & State Priorities as well as New Business Development initiatives.

As Regional Trade Marketing Manager – Control States (RTMM-Control States), priorities include, however not limited to:
• Work with local State & Division Sales Manager(s) to ensure appropriate resourcing and programming against (up to) the top brand priorities and new business development across Control Market states.
• Build brand priorities by working with local sales team to localize national programs and to craft/resource locally led trade marketing programs including sourcing/purchasing materials where needed.
• Consolidate and communicate all new business development initiatives to local State & Division Sales Manager(s) as well as local sales/broker/wholesaler on volume forecasting and launch planning of new initiatives.
• Work with brand team to ensure all locally crafted programs, materials, etc. are on brand strategy and that brand standards, information and tools are being used in priority accounts, etc.
• Manage agency work on brand projects and programs, ensure execution against activity calendar and act as liaison between agency and sales team where needed.
• Gather qualitative feedback on all programming, measure for effectiveness and share best practices with peer group and brand teams.
• Manage & lead execution around key tasting events that build our brands according to brand standards.

Required Qualifications for Position:
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Wine and spirits industry experience
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft office products
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications for Position:
• Experience in New Business Development
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience.
