The Processing & Bottling Maintenance Manager for Buffalo Trace Distillery is responsible for the direction and focus of the Maintenace team activities in Bottling and Porcessing. These include, but are not limited to:
• Provide maintenance support to the safety program utilizing all available resources to identify and eliminate any safety hazards within the facility.
• Support the facilities production uptime by developing and executing a well orchestrated preventative maintenance program including equipment inspection, lubrication, and documentation.
• Lead the maintenance effort within Bottling and Processing to effectively utilize and support all available resources in order to systematically address maintenance needs associated with safety, production, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with all of the unions in the facility, understanding their roles within the operation and the contract that they are working under.

• Strong planning and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Engineering
• Masters Degree or MBA
• Alcohol Beverage or CPG Industry (bottling)
• Previous supervisory experience in union environment.
