We partner with well-known companies in the wine & spirits industry to build brands ground up and bring them to market.

We’re looking for a motivated Brand/Sales Ambassador to work on Prizefight Whiskey and Tamworth Distilling in Boston, MA and surrounding areas. This role will work directly with our brand team, Tamworth Distilling and our partners at Pugilist Spirits in Ireland on all tasks including, but not limited to:

SALES
-Engage and mobilize sales and distributor partners to communicate brand strategy and vision, as well as drive enthusiasm for the brand and executional excellence of all programs and initiatives

-Participate in sales & distributor meetings as needed and schedule workwiths with distributor reps

- On-going development of on and off premise trainings, samplings, and drink features/specials

-Coordinate with QCM and PR team regarding event logistics
Responsible for monitoring, evaluating and achieving sales goals

- On Premise Account maintenance and support: place product in new accounts and secure menu placements & features
- Lead tasting with managers/buyers and follow up
- Schedule and execute staff trainings
- Coordinate with distributor partners to ensure follow up on orders
- Off Premise: Schedule and execute staffing of off premise tastings, trainings and retailer events

BRAND AWARENESS
- Work with QCM team to plan and execute industry programming and assist with community events
- Help to source appropriate brand event opportunities
Identify and implement appropriate brand partnerships
- Be available to participate in special events on behalf of Prizefight Whiskey and Tamworth Distilling

ADMINISTRATIVE
- Provide content to brand team for official social media and web accounts
- Connect PR team with on-premise accounts. Provide support and cocktail recommendations
- Available to comment on advertising development and other media planning
- Available for press interviews
- Usage of name and photo in collateral

COMMUNICATION WITH QCM and PARTNERS
- This role reports to the QCM Sales Director
- Track & Report all activity via Airtable on weekly basis
- Shared Calendar – Utilize calendar to log events, meetings and staff trainings, tastings.
- Prepare weekly report to QCM and be available to participate in a sales status phone call as needed
- Participate in bi-weekly conference calls
- Complete monthly reports to track & evaluate goals for team to be discussed on sales calls

ON-GOING COCKTAIL DEVELOPMENT
- Develop cocktail recipes, as needed

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has strong relationships in the spirits industry and a self-starter mentality. This person should also be very organized and detail-oriented. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
