Position Summary:
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating modern media marketing activities that advance the Jack Daniel’s brand image and market leadership position, engage prospective and retain existing friends of Jack and drive sales. This role provides the leadership and expertise required to achieve our goal of making modern media marketing a competitive point of difference for the Jack Daniel’s business.

Strategic Leadership
• Be a leader and owner in the strategy, action and results that create value for the Jack Daniel’s brand and our stakeholders
• Demonstrate critical thinking in the ability to connect the dots across brand business challenges, target audiences and digital communication channels
• Significantly increase Jack Daniel’s performance and capability in digital and integrated marketing
• Establish strong relationships across the network of Jack Daniel’s brand teams, Field Marketing, peers, stakeholders and partners.
• Leadership in the management and direction for agency partners across US and Canada. Team Management and Development
• Provides strategic direction to NAR Brand Stewards on synthesizing multiple sources of consumer and business information that results in solutions and recommendations to specific business issues
• Develops and provides coaching for direct reports
Modern Media Marketing Expertise
• Utilize digital intelligence and analytics to drive consumer understanding and actionOptimize paid, owned, and earned digital assets to achieve brand objectives
• Develop US and Canada brand digital marketing objectives and strategies, consistent with overall brand strategy.
• Lead the brand digital team and agencies in the development and creation of all digital communication and programming.
• Lead the investigation of new digital strategies and programs appropriate for the brand, testing and applying as warranted.
• Develop KPI’s and evaluate all digital marketing

Must Requirements:
Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other business related degree and/or 5+ years business experience, preferably in a multi-national branded goods company OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years current digital/modern media marketing experience.
• Proven experience using modern media analytics to drive consumer action.
• Full knowledge of Modern Media were consumers are and how we need to reach them.
• Proven capabilities across key platforms (Facebook, You Tube, Instagram etc…)
• Experience and ability working with senior leadership
• Strong strategic marketing skills.
• Grounding in consumer orientated brand building
• Proven ability to influence and lead marketing teams.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making capability.
• Proven ability to lead and manage agency resource
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with ability to discuss consumer strategies and translate into actionable plans.
• Team player who can appreciate and use inputs from others, someone who knows when to push and when to relax.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant database and business warehouse programs.
• Fluency in English #Herradura #AP 1.
