Seacrets Distilling Company is a prohibition-era themed distillery that was erected in 2016, and marks a new milestone for the town of Ocean City, MD. Since the end of Prohibition in 1933, this is the first distillery to be built in Worcester County.
Seacrets Distilling Company proudly produces Seacrets Award Winning Spirits – A fearless collection of small-batch, handcrafted spirits. We offer a wide selection of premium spirits: From the bold spiced rum and sweet white and coconut rums, to the ultra-smooth vodka and exceptionally refined gin. Our flavored vodkas are a must try – Blood Orange Vodka, Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka and Lemon Drop Vodka, macerated with fresh fruits. And brand new, traditional American Whiskey and Bourbon Whiskey.

Seacrets is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated sales representative with strong distilled spirits knowledge and a passion for the industry. Being creative in developing business relationships with restaurants/retail liquor stores and independent accounts within their designated territory is a plus. The goal is to expand our brands in the market by increasing product placements and opening new accounts to the territory while maintaining existing On and Off Premise customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional responsibilities may be assigned)
·Plan the development of Seacrets markets and conducts sales calls on accounts.
·Travels to assigned markets to monitor field activities and gain perspective of current market conditions.
·Plans, searches out, and develops sales contacts among potential accounts. Attends trade shows, festivals, and travels extensively in search of leads and developing customer leads.
·Executes all stages of a sales campaign. Makes telephone calls and initiates contacts.
·Meets with potential customer company representative(s) to explain in detail company products.
·Proficient in Social Media Marketing.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ·Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience
·Bachelor Degree or commensurate experience
·A valid driver's license and ability to possess multiple solicitor permits
·Willingness to travel
·Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
·Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
·Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
·Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
·Achievement-motivated to set and surpass realistic goals
