Job Details
The BDM will lead the development of the RCUSA portfolio in revolving list of top image and emerging On-Premise Accounts.

Key Objectives:
o Identify and pursue new account opportunities
o Drive distribution of the RCUSA portfolio
o Improve visibility (merchandising and menu placement)
o Engage and educate consumers through the implementation of brand directed initiatives
o Generate incremental sales volume

Account Engagement:
· Drive the relationship in a revolving list of top on-premise accounts
· Identify and fill distribution voids
· Facilitate on-going endorsement of RCUSA products by securing menu placements
· Increase brand knowledge and recommendations through the organization and execution of staff trainings
· Development of a network of key trade contacts to support and drive the brand (Mixologists, Bartenders, Buyers, Sales Staff, Spirits Experts, etc)

Consumer Engagement:
· Increase consumer awareness and call through implementation of national/local programs
· Organize and execute NY Marketing / Brand directed consumer facing programs / events
· Educate consumers on the RCUSA portfolio

Specific Responsibilities Include:
· Achieve Rémy Cointreau USA performance standards in his/her universe of accounts
· Support marketing strategy, brand standards and brand programs in his/her universe of accounts
· Work closely with local RCUSA sales teams and NY Marketing brand teams to identify local sales trends, opportunities and market needs.
· Establish/maintain relationships with bartenders, account managers, distributors and account owners at assigned accounts to facilitate new points of distribution and depletion growth]

Qualifications
Key Accountabilities
· Deliver regular updates to brand marketing & sales on activation execution, local sales trends, and opportunities.
· Execution of brand programing and strategy as directed
· Monitor and formally report on competitors’ activities, key tools and success stories.
· Submit all reports, requests and correspondence within agreed time frame.
· Ensure relevant customer/consumer information is fed back to the line manager and Brand/Area Manager.
· Be responsible for company equipment and tools in their possession
· Work within established standards of performance and budgetary guidelines.
· Educate one self and attend necessary training to keep abreast of emerging trends.
· Perform any other job related duties as may be assigned.


Minimum Requirements
· An engaging personality with entrepreneurial drive

· Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to work well and meet deadlines under pressure, keen attention to detail
· High energy, progressive, free thinker with the ability to function autonomously
· Excellent personal presentation and communication skills in all media, across a range of group sizes and to audiences of differing levels of knowledge and understanding. Fluent English required.
· Knowledge of the category and the company’s products in terms of history, key selling points etc.
· Craft spirits oriented
· Good commercial awareness and selling techniques/skills. Sales and marketing knowledge a plus
· Familiar with luxury consumer brands and marketing
· Proven ability to utilize consumer insights to drive brand essence and positioning.
This role requires evening and weekend coverage on occasion – it is a full-time role with non-standard hours
