The Associate Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the daily administration and measurement of trade marketing programs and POS creation for off-premise. The ATMM will assist in the proper execution of the commercial strategies making sure the programs are executed in time, on budget and according to plan. The ATMM will provide accurate and actionable reports on brand performance, consumer metrics, campaign/program reporting, market dynamics and competitive brand activity. The ATMM will also be responsible for maintaining the brand budget including tracking/monitoring and working with the finance team in preparing financial reports.

Participate in the development and execution of the commercial brand plan.
Create, premiumarize and manage off-premise POS and materials as well as consumer promotions (flow and some quarterly programs) including sweepstakes, contests, and promotional product offers such as VAPs. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, premium image standards, and budget
Assist in coordinating consistent execution of all below the line programs across the Sales and Marketing organizations, including the coordination with Field Marketing
Manage and coordinate day-to-day communications with internal cross functional teams and external agencies and/or vendors.
Provide sales and marketing analyses: assess category performance, reviews/reports on the status of the business, accurate and actionable reports on brand performance, consumer metrics and program reporting
Track competition and market growth; assessing competition activation and identify potential issues and opportunities.
Support key team meetings (i.e. QBR, AOP, MTP, CEMT) and various associated administrative tasks like contract fulfillment (SOW, Indemnity Agreements).
Maintain open communications with Remy Cointreau USA sales force to ensure execution of key programs and consistency with brand strategic guidelines
Share Point Management: create, upload, and maintain current brand/sales materials on share point
Budget Management: Track the brand A&P budget, process invoice for BTL team, maintain the budget up to date, and prepare financial reports.

· Requires a B.A./B.S. degree in a business-related field, preferably in Marketing (MBA preferred)
· Minimum of 2 years of consumer marketing experience is required; experience in the premium alcohol beverage industry preferred
· Expertise in Excel and data management
· Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Word
· Requires an open communicator with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
· Excellent project management skills
