Job Details
Customer Management:
· Responsible for executing a selling strategy within the assigned accounts in the casino and nightlife channels.
· Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by using fact-based selling methods
· Activate local and national brand initiatives, programs and promotions to raise brand awareness and drive trial.
· Establish/maintain relationships with bartenders, account managers, and Food and Beverage Directors at assigned accounts to facilitate new points of distribution and depletion growth
· Improve the brand visibility for the portfolio through drink features, menu placements, merchandising and product placement

· Activate the Remy Cointreau portfolio in top image and volume accounts via staff trainings, client events and promotions
· Raise the profile of the brand within the trade and consumer community through education and programming.
· Responsible for supporting overall regional account direction by assuming leadership role for communication, collaboration and coordination of account channel resources...be an Casino/Nightlife Channel expert and resource.
· Responsible for HQ/Regional account calls within assigned accounts, as well as, Regional coverage buying calls throughout the country. Position collaborates with respective RCUSA Sales Managers, on programming, pricing and execution for those regional calls.
· In collaboration with Regional/National Marketing Resources and Finance, reviews data relevant to account/market/channel with Regional and National Account Marketing Managers to convert insights to actions for key customer presentations.
· Develops Regional customer plans and presentations within National strategy and HQ direction; assumes ownership of attaining all relevant sales goals.
· Partners with multiple divisions to make sure the sales plans, programs and tools are in place to deliver category and brand growth.
· Planning and Analysis
· Leads/facilitates bi-annual account performance/planning reviews with assigned accounts that scorecard past performance (volume, compliance, performance evaluation) and incorporate Forward Planning
· Positions RCUSA to be “Luxury choice” by identifying customized marketing initiatives that enhances both RCUSA brand strategy and profitability
· Engages Local RCUSA and distributor sales teams to assist in execution and compliance of national/regional customer programs
· Manages Territory Marketing Funds – provide business solutions to achieve target depletion goals.
· Monitors and measures account level performance for key national and regional customers within assigned geography. Works with Channel Director to develop gap closure measures.
· Conducts annual channel and customer business review with Channel Director and VP National Accounts and other key stakeholders to determine account selection criteria and matrix position.

HigHigh Impact Communication:
· Maintains communication link with key distributor On Premise personnel regarding account programming, account compliance gaps, marketing strategy, and pertinent pricing issues.
· Coordinates and plans ongoing distributor performance reviews with On Premise leadership in the distributor.
· Provides monthly account update and depletion recap report with commentary for plus/minus depletion variance (versus prior year) including buying patterns, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
· Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years sales within the beverage or CPG industry; or 7+ years of relevant experience
· 2 years experience working on high volume accounts
· Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
· PC proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Demonstrated ability to create, control, and maintain financial and/or business analyses, including budgets.
· Team player: Able to put the needs of the overall Remy Cointreau business above the specific needs of the territory or team.
· Seeks out opportunities to collaborate with leaders in other channels and territories. Keeps relevant parties informed of activity and seeks similar behavior from the area team.
· Excellent strategic and tactical skills; demonstrated ability to implement and adapt national programs to the field.
· Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of extended brand teams.
· Sound financial skills: Experience in building and managing a budget.
· Positive Attitude with Business Growth mindset.
· Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, including some weekends
· Valid driver’s license
