Position Summary:
Drives PR USA sales performance and addresses brand priorities in local markets through programming and distributor resource deployment. Ensures all key / brand KPIs are achieved.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Ensures execution of effective "local-level" plan, including PRUSA strategic imperatives and local KPIs, in line with AOP on local geography / channel level
Owns resolution of execution-related issues in local geography / channel with minimal support from Sr. Market Manager.
Manages and drives agenda for distributor team
Maintains relationships with small number of key accounts.
Ensures execution of brand standards and strategies through rigorous training and oversight of distributor teams.
Manages day-to-day channel planning and performance tracking.
Builds the brand by identifying and overseeing targeted sell-through activities (implementing national programs, and driving local activations)
Recommends pricing programs and local geography / channel forecasts to Sr. Market Manager.

Manages and allocates local resources against market priorities and plans (with Sr. Market Manager, Regional Manager, Market Activation Manager)
Identifies, plans and executes account sell-through activities (with Market Activation Manager, local activation team and distributor partners)
Provides input and insight on  local AOP and LE for channel

Nature & Scope:

Key Metrics:
Daily  communication with  Portfolio Manager and Fully-dedicated District Mgr.
Conduct formal trainings with distributor once a month
Does not directly manage full book sales reps
Achieve all key brand KPIs
Financial Targets:
Net Net Sales targets for territory and key accounts.
Depletions (# of cases, total increase, Target account improvements).
Key brand KPIs.

Organizational Context:
Reports to  Sr Market Manager.
Works closely with RM, FM, MAM.
Works closely with and oversees dedicated team distributor Sales Portfolio Managers / Fully-Dedicated DM.
Dotted line management of agency activation resources.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience / Background: Position requires  2-4 years of previous sales management experience in a wine and spirit or consumer goods sales environment.
