Position Summary:
Pernod Ricard is seeking to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies, platforms, and touchpoints to deliver a competitive advantage in the alcoholic beverage category. As digital impacts every point in the consumer path-to-purchase, this ambition is increasingly extending to shopper marketing channels, including eCommerce and at retail.

We are seeking an eCommerce Key Account Manager that is responsible for the day-to-day management of pure play marketplaces (Drizly, MiniBar, ReserveBar, etc.) while delivering sales and profitability targets for the account base. This role will also be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new routes to market that best align with Pernod Ricard e-Commerce objectives.

In addition to previous eCommerce analyst/sales experience this position requires familiarity with digital marketing and superior communication skills to drive collaboration amongst a wide range of stakeholders including internal digital, brand and sales teams as well as external distributor, retailer and agency partners.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Model and deliver sales and profitability targets based on company goals for all partner pure play marketplaces
• Build and own annual merchandising / activation calendar including cross-sections of e-Commerce and brand activation priorities
• Forecast sales and profitability targets based on
• Source new routes to market aligning them against portfolio and brand competencies
• Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits.
• Work with broader digital team to communicate objectives, priorities, and insights to inform future digital path-to purchase tools, platforms and partnerships.
• Track e-Commerce account websites for optimization opportunities, including pricing, placement, promotion and content.
• Collaborate with portfolio enablement to test/learn cross-brand affinities and out-of-season opportunities
• Execute overall e-Commerce business strategy as it relates to the customer portfolio

Nature & Scope:
The e-Commerce Key Account Manager reports to the Director, e-Commerce and holds primary responsibility for all pure play e-Commerce marketplaces.
This role will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability and return-on-investment goals within the pre-defined budget pure play marketplace budget.
Must work well in a fast-moving environment and possess collaboration and communication skills. Must effectively execute digital programs with key stakeholders, which include internal PRUSA colleagues in Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing functions, as well as external retailers, distributor partners and creative agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree a plus.
Experience / Background:
• 3-5 years of direct and hands-on experience in sales and/or trade marketing in the e-Commerce channel
• Selling experience within consumer products, preferably across multiple brands
• Must have experience with eCommerce merchandising/activation development and deployment, and measurement.
• Experience with alcohol beverage eCommerce platforms such as Drizly, Minibar, Reserve Bar preferred.
• Must possess clear understanding of digital consumer journeys through conversion and measurement.
• Must have familiarity with digital conversion platforms such as Ibotta, Checkout51, Google Shopping, ShopKick, etc
• Must have experience in managing digital agency projects either at an agency or client
