Position Summary:
• Increase presence, visibility and activation of the Prestige portfolio in key B2B sales channels
• Deliver elevated sales execution and KPIs
• Uphold clear lines of communication with PRUSA Prestige Sales, General Market, Distributor and Brand Units by creating thorough plans and recapping on a timely basis
• Activate brands at key B2B and consumer events to maximize consideration, trial and purchase e.g. tradeshows/pop up boutiques.
• Build successful relationships with B2B partners and key influencers to improve brand position for our luxury portfolio.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Catering Account Management:
Elevate PRUSA’s strategic market position in the Catering business channel by:
• Delivering first-class sales execution on the PRUSA portfolio, beating the competition in the L3F and dominating share of market within their key account universe.
• Achieve Primary KPI goals on Net-Net Sales Growth and PODs by Core brand
• Develop and maintain key relationships with catering decision makers, trade influencers and event planners
• Create bespoke experiences/rituals for brand activation specific to the catering channel
• Collaborate with Prestige sales team and distributor to ensure sales go through the proper 3 tier system
Off Trade Luxury Partnerships:
• Establish powerful partnerships designed to increase brand desirability and maximize value
• Execute in-depth brand education/experiences for High-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
• Create symbiotic relationships with key luxury brands for pouring opportunities, event activation, and gifting.
• Create visibility opportunities with luxury brands through product placement
• Promote PRUSA Prestige brands for business, holiday and incentive gifts
• Create content and communication to drive gifting through CRM, E-Commerce and Pop ups
• Work closely with brand teams and Global HQ on Gifting and portfolio initiatives
• Manage day-to-day performance thru internal KPI trackers and local market data.
• Act as PR Luxury consultant providing category and brand expertise along with HNWI insights and trends.
Prestige HQ Leadership Engagement:
• Act as PR Luxury consultant providing category and brand expertise along with HNWI insights and trends.
• Manage agency responsibilities and conduct bi-monthly check-ins
• Network with HNWIs, influencers and trade to look for additional new business channel opportunities
Business Administration:
• Fiscally responsible for proper administration of A&P budget to achieve NNS targets.
• Update Fiscal Year Budget Tracker monthly
• Manage T&E responsibly and effectively while remaining within budget for FY
• Manage KPI sales tracker and update monthly
• Create Joint Business plans with B2B partners

Nature & Scope:
Position works directly with National Director, Prestige Sales on Prestige brands, as well as other key sales and Prestige marketing staff within the company, and is recognized for the mastery of all aspects of sales management, long and short range business planning, motivation, and team building. Communication will include high-level contacts within and outside the company, and position has accountability for critical levels of company resources, including maintenance of distribution channels, and observance of sales management policies and activities. Incumbent plans activities for areas of responsibility on both a long-term and short-term basis, including strategic growth plans. Decisions will impact the entire organization, and errors may cause critical delays, inefficiencies, and expense to the organization.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience / Background:
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years’ general work experience; over 5 years of sales experience required; distribution and finance experience a plus. Spirits experience is desired.

Working Conditions:
Frequent travel is required. Work is performed in a typical office environment, with limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual acuity required for correspondence and computer terminal usage. Must have valid driver's license.

Travel Estimate: 20-25% of time.
