Conversion & Promotional
Retail Program Development:
· Utilizing shopper-based
insights to build below the line programs that disrupt, build equity and drive
conversion at the point of purchase.
· Must be able to identify and
build programs that hit across the shopper journey – pre shop, shop and post
· Must have strong agency
management skills – scope management, consolidating feedback, timeline
· Experience in POS development
· Provide off-premise and
on-premise category guidance and support to HQ brand teams and field sales
teams; participating in the development of programs and point of sale materials
· Develop, maintain and implement
an off-premise program calendar by key brand and customer, maintaining an
in-depth understanding and application of the most effective trade marketing
levers within the desired customer and channel.
· Lead the development of
off-premise and on-premise trade marketing plans that align to shopper mission,
insight/occasion, customer activation opportunities and company/brand strategy.
· Champion commercial excellence
and shopper principles throughout brand planning cycle and create and enforce
off-premise commercial excellence and branding standards by brand.
· Digital shopper promotions –
must have experience planning and executing promotional activities such as
digital promotions, t’s & c’s development, sell-in tools that are turnkey
for the field to use.
· Must know how to build and
execute digital sweeps and promotions (ibotta, Crisp, etc)
· Sets out specific KPIs, objectives
and guidelines for each activity and ensures that processes and tools are in
place to assess performance.
Internal Communications &
Category Skill Set:
· Prioritize customer / brand
opportunities to ensure resource investment is placed in the most appropriate
· Proactively monitor trends and
opportunities across channels, customers and categories. Lead on the
dissemination of information to improve internal knowledge of business
environment in each direction (macro and micro).
· Maintain excellent internal
cross-functional relationships to optimize delivery of activities and
facilitate timely and effective execution.
· Develop cross-functional
networks within key external customers to fully maximize opportunities.
· Bachelor's degree required
· 3+ years alcoholic beverage
industry experience preferred.
· Promotional Shopper Agency
· Excellent written and verbal
communication skills and be comfortable working in a productive environment
· Flexibility, ability to work
· Must be highly organized and
· Strong computer skills; working
knowledge of Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel &
· Interest in / knowledge of
graphic design, mechanical files and packaging design a plus
· Budget management experience.
