Job Description


Position Title: Retail Account Specialist OFF/ON Premise Multicultural CT Position Location: Connecticut
Position Summary: Builds relationships and sells-in new items and strategic initiatives at franchise state key accounts. Ensures all key / brand KPIs are achieved at Off/On Premise multicultural accounts, with a small off premise general market focus

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Individual: •Executes PRUSA plan in Multicultural specific accounts on/off premise, some off premise key accounts general market (70% multicultural/30% general market) •Responsible for selling-in new items and strategic initiatives at franchise state key accounts •Responsible for performing account visits at franchise state key accounts •Schedule and administer on site product promotions and signage •Builds relationships with franchise state key accounts •Monitors and maintains up-to-date awareness on product information, company initiatives and promotions, advertising, and industry trends •Develops account detailed “Call List” with key contact and call schedule •Responsible for daily Pre-Plan of activities and daily/weekly recap of results and accomplishments to Multicultural Market Manager Team Manager / RM
Shared: •Responsible for product distribution and placement in conjunction with Market Manager On Premise/multiple distributors •Works in conjunction with distributor to achieve PRUSA strategic goals and implement initiatives, innovations and programs at off/on premise level in the last 3 feet

Nature & Scope: Key Metrics: •Regularly communicated with multiple distributors in franchise states •Conducted formal trainings with distributors/key accounts monthly, as well as regular informal trainings •Achieved all key brand KPIs
Financial Targets: •Market CAAP achieved •Growing key brand value / vol. •Key brand KPIs

Organizational Context: Reports solid line to Multicultural MM & indirectly to Region Manager Collaborates with MM to develop annual operating plan Works closely with MM to support and execute trade marketing activities Works collaborative with MM, distributor management/sales teams to build and ensure execution of PR plan in-market

Qualifications


Key Requirements: Education: BS required, preferably with a Sales/Marketing Concentration <br /> Experience / Background: Must be 21 with a valid and clean driver’s license.
