Job Description

Xudle Software is looking for a tech savvy, wine industry professional to manage the New Account Training and Onboarding program of Xudle. This person loves people, is well versed in the business of wine, enjoys teaching, is highly organized, accepts change with grace, and does not shy away from new challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide new customers through the four-step Xudle Onboarding process
  • Host weekly video calls with new accounts.
  • Train new customers on the Xudle suite of tools.
  • Ensure the new customers and their staff are well trained.
  • Hold new customers accountable for task completion to meet deadlines.
  • Manage the automated workflow of the onboarding process through our software.
  • Update email templates
  • Record new training videos when needed.
  • Write new documentation when needed.
  • Update and Revise the New Account Training and Onboarding Program as seen fit; suggest new teaching strategies, implement new software, or generally improve the existing program.
  • Assist with customer support shifts weekly and one weekend per month.
  • Work with the Product Manager by providing feedback on new account adoption process. Offer suggestions for improved design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of our software.

Primary Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience working in the wine business, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer Sales (Tasting Room, Wine Club, Ecommerce, Compliance, or Shipping)
  • 2-3 years' experience using Point of Sale software, club management software, shipping software, or compliance software.
  • Ideally, this person is the power user of their current DTC software suite. Other staff members come to them for advice on how to use the system.
  • 2-3 years' customer support experience
  • Technology comes naturally and adopting new software is easy for this person.
  • Exremely self-motivated as this position is a full-time remote position.

Physical demands and work environment:

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment. All computer hardware will be provided including a laptop, screen, external mouse, external keyboard and iPad. In addition, reimbursements will be made for cell phone bills if needed.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
